Greek Garbanzo Salad
This Green Garbanzo Salad is super easy to throw together and packed with fresh, bright flavors. Crunchy cucumbers, sweet tomatoes, salty feta, and briny olives make every bite delicious, and the chickpeas keep it filling. Toss it with your favorite Greek dressing, and you’ve got a quick lunch, side dish, or meal-prep favorite ready to go.

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed [1]
1 container (10-11 oz) cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes, washed and cut in half
1 medium cucumber, washed and quartered [2]
1/4 red onion, diced
1 container (5-6 oz) crumbled feta
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
1 cup Greek dressing [3]
Instructions
Prep all ingredients to the specifications above, making each bite-size.
2. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. [4]
