What is not in scope
I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
I do not prescribe rigid or therapeutic meal plans intended to treat disease.
I do not prescribe supplements, medications, or medical nutrition interventions.
I do not provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT), which is the treatment of disease through specialized diets.
I do not provide mental health counseling or treat eating disorders; if needed, I will refer you to an appropriate professional.

Each session is a one-on-one conversation focused on you. We’ll talk about your goals, challenges, and daily habits, and then create practical, personalized steps you can take. Sessions may include nutrition education, accountability strategies, or mindset support - whatever helps you most.

Video sessions are hosted through Google Meet. Once you schedule, I’ll send you a link - no downloads required. All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera.

Yes! In-person sessions are available at no additional cost if you’re located in South Denver and Colorado Springs. Optional add-ons like grocery store tours and pantry reviews are also available in-person.
In-person sessions are offered at my discretion to ensure comfort and safety.

After you submit the Get Started Form, I’ll review your information to make sure Apple & Spruce is a good fit for your goals and that I have space in my schedule. If it looks like a match, you’ll receive a welcome email with the next steps, including a full intake form and options for booking your first session. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll do my best to point you toward resources that can better support your needs.

It depends on your goals. Some clients like bi-weekly check-ins for a lighter touch, while others prefer weekly sessions for more accountability. Packages are designed with both options in mind.

Life happens! You can reschedule sessions with at least 8 hours’ notice. Packages auto-renew monthly, and you can cancel anytime with 3 days’ notice before your renewal date.

No, I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). This means I provide nutrition education, goal-setting, and support for healthy eating habits. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions - if you need medical nutrition therapy, I recommend working with a registered dietitian (RD).
