Tuna Salad Salad
You read that right - it’s tuna salad over a bed of greens - thus… tuna salad salad. It’s simple, satisfying, and ready in minutes. Serve it as-is for a light lunch, or make it into a sandwich when you’re craving something heartier - both ways are a win.
Serves: 2 | Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
1 romaine heart, chopped
1 can (5 oz) chunk tuna, drained
2 celery stalks, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
2 Tbsp mayo [1]
1 tsp dill
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prep all produce to the specifications above, making each bite-size.
Distribute the romaine into two bowls or plates.
Make the tuna salad.
In a small bowl, mix together tuna, celery, onion, bell pepper, mayo and dill.
Add salt and pepper, to taste. Mix well.
Spoon the tuna salad over the romaine.
Serve and enjoy!
