Tuna Salad Salad

You read that right - it’s tuna salad over a bed of greens - thus… tuna salad salad. It’s simple, satisfying, and ready in minutes. Serve it as-is for a light lunch, or make it into a sandwich when you’re craving something heartier - both ways are a win.

Serves: 2 | Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 romaine heart, chopped

  • 1 can (5 oz) chunk tuna, drained

  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced

  • 2 Tbsp mayo [1]

  • 1 tsp dill

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep all produce to the specifications above, making each bite-size.

  2. Distribute the romaine into two bowls or plates.

  3. Make the tuna salad.

    1. In a small bowl, mix together tuna, celery, onion, bell pepper, mayo and dill.

    2. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Mix well.

  4. Spoon the tuna salad over the romaine.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
