Real Whipped Cream
There’s nothing quite like freshly whipped cream, and this simple recipe shows just how easy it is to make at home. A touch of vanilla and a hint of maple syrup add subtle warmth as the cream whips into perfectly fluffy peaks. It’s the ideal finishing touch for cakes, pies, berries, or any dessert that could use a little extra magic.

Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 tsp pure maple syrup [1]
2/3 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
In a large or stand mixer bowl, add whipping cream and vanilla to mixing bowl.
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer with whisk attachment, mix on medium speed until mixture begins to stiffen.
Add maple syrup and about half the powdered sugar. Mix on low.
Add remaining powdered sugar. Mix on low.
Increase mixing speed to high. Beat until stiff peaks.
Serve and enjoy!
