Guacamole

This classic guacamole is simple, fresh, and boldly seasoned - the kind you can whip up in minutes and serve with just about anything. Creamy avocados, bright lime, and plenty of garlic and salt create a rich, satisfying base, while tomato, onion, and cilantro add that just-made salsa freshness. It’s an easy, allergy-friendly staple you’ll reach for again and again.

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados, halved and pitted

  • 1 Tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)

  • 1 Roma tomato, finely diced

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced [1]

  • 1/4 red onion, finely diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prep all ingredients to the specifications above.

  2. In a medium bowl, mash avocados with a fork.

  3. Add lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Add tomato, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro. Mix well.

  5. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

[1] Use gloves when chopping to avoid irritation.
