Mango Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced [1]

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1/4 red onion, diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp lime juice

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions
